Arman Roksar, DDS
Dr. Arman Roksar is proud to bring his specialty of prosthodontics to the Garden City area and the rest of Long Island. He has been practicing for more than 20 years. Not only skilled in general dentistry, he has advanced training in Prosthodontics with focus on implant dentistry and full mouth rehabilitation. This includes the surgical placement of dental implants. He also uses Invisalign® when his patients need it.
It is Dr. Roksar’s goal to provide world-class dental care while building relationships with his patients. He wants them to know what procedures can be done so that, together, they can decide what the best course of action is. He wants his patients to be comfortable about the care that they are getting. He treats each patient with care and kindness. He wants his patients to be happy with their smiles, no matter what their age is. Because of this, he is well-loved and respected by his patients.
Dr. Roksar received his degree from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine and then went on to the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (Rutgers Medical Center) where he received a specialty certificate in prosthodontics. He makes it a goal to continuously learn more about the dental field so that he can give his patients the very best dental care using the latest technologies.
Dr. Roksar is thought of highly by both his patients and his colleagues. He is published in many dental journals and gives talks on prosthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and implant dentistry. Besides working at his two dental practices, he is on the faculty of Columbia University. He also is a visiting associate professor at New York University’s College of Dentistry.
When he is not working, he spends time at home with his family. He has three children with his wife.
Dr. Roksar is proud to help as many patients as he can. He always welcomes new patients at his practice. To help with finances, his practice in Garden City will help maximize patient’s insurance benefits. He does his best to provide treatment options to meet everyone’s treatment budget. For non-English speaking clients, he also speaks Farsi and Spanish.
Richard Kim, DDS
Dr. Richard Kim is proud to serve the Garden City area. He is a top-rated dentist who is able to assist his patients in many ways.
Dr. Kim provides his patients with excellent care. He also does more complicated procedures such as crowns, bridges, dentures, implants, root canals, and much more. He works hard to treat patients who have dental disease. Dr. Kim is proud to be able to offer cosmetic work which include veneers and teeth whitening. He wants his patients to be proud of their smiles.
Dr. Kim graduated with his degree from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. He then spent his residencies at Jacobi Hospital and Montefiore Medical Center. After that, he furthered his training in implant dentistry at New York University. While at the university, he became a master of implants so that his patients would be proud of their new natural looking smile.
Dr. Kim treats every patient differently, according to their needs and desires. His goal is to treat each patient with the highest quality of dental care. He prides himself on using the most up-to-date and safest practices to give each patient a healthy and beautiful smile. He also prides himself on giving each patient a safe environment that they are comfortable coming to.
Patient education is very important to Dr. Kim and his staff. They want patients to know and understand the procedures that they need so they are comfortable with receiving the care that is necessary to give them a healthy smile. He has built a practice full of satisfied clients due to his compassion for dentistry and his patients.

He is happy to receive new patients at his LI Dental practice that is located on Franklin Avenue. To help with finances, the practice does take most dental insurance.
Dr. Elizabeth Gharemani-Sion
Dr. Elizabeth Gharemani-Sion graduated with a degree of Doctor of Dental Medicine from Boston University in 1994. She completed her General Practice Residency at Woodhull Hospital in 1995. Her areas of concentration during her residency included Oral Surgery and Geriatric Dentistry. Dr. Gharemani-Sion was the Chief of Dental Medicine at Parker Jewish Institute at Long Island Jewish Hospital from 2004-2006. In this position she taught and supervised dental residents as well as presenting lectures to the medical staff. In addition, she was a member of the Institutional Review Board which protects human rights for participants involved in clinical trials. She has extensive knowledge and experience treating medically compromised patients. The areas of General Dentistry which she is focused in include: Restorative and Implant Dentistry, Endodontics, Laser Dentistry and Pediatric Dentistry. She has publications in the Journal of the Academy of General Dentistry related to research on Laser Dentistry.
Dr. Gharemani-Sions' primary goal is to treat every patient with the highest quality of dental care while making them feel at ease during their dental procedures. She strives to make their dental visit as pleasant as possible so that her patients enjoy coming to the office. She prides herself in building positive relationships with her patients. It is always an honor when they refer their children, family members, or friends and watching them grow with the practice.
